First, make sure you are located in the "Documents" tab of your file. Here it will be possible to upload different documents that are necessary for the operation, in coherence with the visibility permissions that have been established.
In the first 4 fields, which are displayed with arrows in the image bellow, you can upload the documents suggested by the platform.
Clicking on any of the fields mentioned above, example: "Invoice", you will be presented with a blue box which allows you to upload the relevant document by clicking on it or dragging the file into it.
In case it´s necessary to upload any other important documents you can add more using the blue box that is located under the default documents, as shown on the images bellow. This will allow you, for example, to create multiple invoices if they are needed for the operation.
Once choosing the preferred type you need to add a description and finally click Save to view the uploaded document.
Once you have uploaded your documents in the corresponding sections, the new fields will be visible and by clicking on it you will be presented with the details of that field and the options to upload a new version of the document, in the same way that was done previously, in case it needs to be changed.
Note: when uploading the documents to the blockchain they will be immutable, so it will not be possible to edit or delete them, you can only add new versions of them, guaranteeing the traceability, transparency and security of all uploaded documents.
Additionally, you will find a button where you can download the document, as shown in the following image.
When opening a field with an uploaded document on it, at the bottom you will have general information, such as the authenticity code, which is called ¨Hash¨.
If you want to see more specific data on the traceability of the document uploaded to the blockchain, you can click on the link with the name ¨Rinkeby¨ for more information about the transaction.
After clicking on Rinkeby you will be redirected to Etherscan which will provide more specific details regarding the selected document.
