To support your customs clearance process from USYNCRO, first you will need to enter the record you wish to clear.
Subsequently, at the top of the record, you will find a box called MRN, as shown in the image at the end of the article.
Proceed to enter the MRN code, in the indicated box, and then save the record to make the action effective. This process is usually performed by the forwarder or customs broker.
Once the MRN code is uploaded, Customs will receive the clearance notice, and will be able to access all shared documentation according to the current visibility permissions.
Once the summary declaration is issued (even if the operation ends up being included in an orange circuit) the documentation will be automatically cleared, avoiding physical requirements and speeding up the clearance process, as long as the documentation provided on the platform is correct.
Note: You may receive a notification on the platform about a missing document that must be provided before the summary is issued.
