To start creating your eCMR, first enter the record of the shipment for which you want to create the document and then click on the "eDocs" tab.

In this tab you will see a window where you can select which eDoc you want to manage, once selected click on the "Create eCMR" button.

PS: Before creating the document confirm that this shipment already has a H.S. code included in the "Details" section.

Once the document has been created, you will see the following window containing the eCMR draft, to which a title has been generated for its identification in the "Drafts" list and later on in the "Issued" list. This draft can be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon on the right.

In the draft document you will find the different fields required for its expedition. Most of the fields are located within the drop-downs as shown in the images, in order to complete the required information you will have to click on the drop-downs to view the content.

The different sections to fill in are divided into: Sender, consignee, efective transport, place of origin, place of destination, contractual charger & goods data.

PS: it is advisable to complete the record/shipment fields before creating the eCMR because the shipment data already entered in their corresponding sections will be copied to the eCMR at the time of creation. For example, the "Seller" data will be copied into the "Sender" dropdown as long as it has been entered in the corresponding section prior to the eCMR creation.

You can generate a second eCMR by clicking on the "New eCMR" button, which will include a second draft in the "Drafts" list.

Before issuing the document, be sure to enter all the data of the driver of the shipment in the "Contractual Charger" drop-down menu. This actor, once the eCMR is generated, will receive an email with 2 links, the first one to enter USYNCRO in order to view the document and the second one to enter the Transfollow platform where he/she can sign the document digitally.

Once you have finished completing all the necessary information for the document proceed to scroll to the bottom of the draft where you will find buttons to preview and save the draft, as well as the button to issue the document.

Make sure you have a payment method entered before issuing the eCMR for the action to be valid.

In the following image you can see an example of the email that the driver should receive once the eCMR has been issued.

Once the eCMR creation process is finished, you will see that in the "Documents" tab it is already uploaded as any other document of the operation.
