REMEMBER!
To request your customs services on USYNCRO, you must first have an account on the platform.
If you already have an account, log in and if you have not yet registered, you can visit the following article with the necessary steps for registration: Registering on USYNCRO.
Once inside your account, create the shipment for which you wish to request the service. When creating it, it will be necessary to complete a series of required fields to receive the quotation. These data to be filled in will depend on the service you wish to contract. The available services include:
Main CUSTOMS SERVICES:
Import and Export Customs and eCommerce.
Required data: Total value of the goods, INCOTERM, type of goods, HS Code and description of goods (Deal Details Tab). Origin and destination of the shipment (Transport Tab).
Binding Tariff Inquiries.
Required data: Value of the goods, origin and destination of the shipment (as in the previous service), adding the description of the merchandise, H.S Code, catalog with photos of the merchandise (uploaded as a document in the "Documents" tab), and the SKU reference.

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL SERVICES
National and International Goods Transportation.
Required data: description of the goods, origin and destination (in the same way as shown in the previous examples). Additionally, enter: type of transportation, ETD, packages, weight, dimensions of the packages, type of packaging, remontable or non-remontable merchandise, temperature in the description of the merchandise (any particularity of the merchandise entered in the description).
Air transport storage services and ADT services.
Required data: packages, kilos, dimensions, description of the merchandise, days of stay in the warehouse. Notify the days in warehouse to the email: cotizaciones@usyncro.com, the rest of the data entered in the same way as in the previous cases.
After adding the necessary data to request the customs service, invite the email: cotizaciones@usyncro.com, within the "Forwarders" tab, to receive the quotation for your request.
After this last step, in a maximum period of 24 to 72 hours (working days), you will also have the quotation of your request available within the "Documents" tab. You can click on the download icon to the right to view the uploaded document.
