Add shipment reference

To add a reference to your shipment, first open the record you want to manage. Once inside, locate the "Record Creator Reference" field (on the left side of the window). Include the reference by which you and your collaborators can locate the shipment in the future. This is the reference that all participants will use.

Subsequently, you can also view information related to the shipment data in the fields below, such as the Total Shipment Value or Total Weight. These fields will be automatically filled once the invoices are added to the record.

Add particular reference of each actor

Each collaborator invited to the shipment can designate their own reference by which they can locate the shipments, in addition to the "Record Creator Reference".

To do this, the participant will need to click on the respective box for their role in the shipment. In this case, we will add a specific reference for the "Exporter".

Once inside the box, at the top, you will find the field labeled "Record Reference". Proceed to enter the reference you wish to use for the shipment in this field and click "Save" at the bottom.

After saving the entered reference (along with the name of the company that added it), it will be visible on the left side of the shipment just below the creator's reference.

Add invoice information

To add invoice information in USYNCRO and have it recorded in the shipment, first click on the tab labeled "Invoices" at the top right.

Once inside this section, locate and click the "New Invoice" button at the top right to create your first invoice.

A window will open with all the relevant fields to include the invoice information. Proceed to complete all the fields that are necessary for you.

You can also add tariff headings related to this invoice to provide more information. To do this, click the "Add new tariff heading" button.

Subsequently, the relevant fields will be enabled to add tariff line information. When you have finished adding all the invoice information, click "Save."

After saving, you will see the added invoice in the table in this section, identified by the "Invoice Number".

The total value and weight of the goods added in the invoice will also be visible at the top of the table and to the left of the shipment. This information will update as you add more invoices. Totals will be automatically summed up after saving.

By clicking on the invoice number, you can enter it to modify the data at any time you need to.
