Updated over 3 weeks ago

Deposit Limits

ACH Transfers from U.S. Bank Accounts

Deposit limits (how much can be transferred into your U.S. Bank Account) only apply to transfers from individual third-party accounts.

If the transferring account:

  • Shares your last name (e.g., a family member), or

  • Belongs to a business account (e.g., your employer)
→ Then there are no deposit limits.

If the sender is an individual third party (e.g., a friend, acquaintance, or client), then the following limit applies:

  • Per transaction: USD $3.999

Debit Card Deposits

Deposits via Debit Card are processed through Coinbase, with the following limit:

  • Weekly limit (every 7 days): USD $500

Deposits from Your Coinbase Balance

You can fund your account directly using your Coinbase balance.

  • No limit.

Okay, But How Do These Limits Work?

Imagine on April 1st, you withdraw USD $200 using your Ugly Visa.
That same day, you withdraw another USD $300, reaching your daily limit of USD $500.

You won’t be able to make any more withdrawals until 24 hours have passed since your first one—meaning not until April 2nd at the same time.

If you keep withdrawing over the next few days, those amounts will accumulate and be deducted from your monthly limit of USD $5,000.

For example, if in the first 10 days of the month you withdraw a total of USD $4,000, then you’ll have only USD $1,000 left until the limit resets on May 1st.
