When withdrawing cash from an ATM, two types of fees may apply:
1. UGLYCASH withdrawal fee

2. ATM access fee
Some ATMs charge an additional access or convenience fee. This fee is set by the ATM operator, not by UGLYCASH, and it adds an extra cost to your withdrawal.
Even though this fee is outside our control, we try to help offset part of that cost through a partial reimbursement incentive.

The reimbursement only applies if the ATM actually charged an access or convenience fee.
We can confirm this after the withdrawal is completed in UGLYCASH (not while it is “Pending” or “Processing”).
Reimbursements are not instant and are processed weekly.
If applicable, every Friday you may receive:
USD $0.75 + 0.25% of the fees, credited automatically in RSR.
If the ATM did not charge an access or convenience fee, no reimbursement applies.
