You can add funds to your UGLYCASH account by paying with a QR from your local bank. ☝️Deposits must be made from an account under your name.

Just enter the amount, scan the code, and you’re done! ⚡

Step-by-step

  1. Tap “Deposit” and select “Deposit with QR” 🇧🇴.

    Read the instructions and, when ready, tap “I want to deposit with QR”.

  2. Enter the amount you want to deposit and tap “Continue”.

    👉 You’ll see the real-time conversion rate.

  3. QR Code generated! Open your banking app, upload the screenshot or scan the QR (whichever you prefer), and complete the transfer.

    ⚠️ Keep in mind you have 3 minutes to complete the transfer.

🥳 Done! Once the payment is processed, your funds will arrive in your UGLYCASH account within up to 1 hour.

Withdraw Funds

You can withdraw funds from UGLYCASH and receive Bolivianos directly into your bank account.

You can also withdraw to third-party accounts. 🫂

Step-by-step

  1. Tap “Withdraw” and select “Bank Transfers” 🇧🇴.

    If it’s your first time, you’ll be able to add a new bank account (yours or someone else’s).

  2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and tap “Continue”.

    👉 You’ll see the real-time conversion rate (USD → BOB).

  3. Review the withdrawal summary to confirm all the information is correct.

    When ready, tap “Continue” ✅

🥳 Done! Your withdrawal will be processed and credited within up to 24 hours.
