If you have already made your decision, here is the step-by-step guide to delete your UGLYCASH account:

1. From the support section, select the "Ask a question" option.

2. Select the option "Details of my account".

3. Click on the "Delete my UGLYCASH account" option.

4. An advisor will manage your request within minutes.


​Certain data associated with your user account will remain in our records for legal reasons and in compliance with the regulatory frameworks that govern us for a period of (5) years. For more details, please refer to our user agreement here.
