My verification was rejected

Don't worry, these things can happen. Sometimes this automatic verification process may fail, due to certain factors such as the internet connection, the clarity of the image of a requested document, or any technical inconvenience detected by our system at the time of this process.

We leave you a series of recommendations to take into account when performing the verification:

1. Make sure you have a good internet connection.

2. Have the GPS or geolocation activated on your cell phone.

3. Make sure you enter the requested data correctly.

4. Remember to upload images or files in good quality for better readability.

If your process was already started and was rejected, we advise you to contact our support, so that they can guide you in resolving the problem. Here's how:

1. Go to the Support section (the speech bubble) πŸ’¬ in the top right corner of the app.

2. Tap on "Messages."

3. Select the pink pencil to start chatting with an Advisor!
