1. In the support menu, select the option “technical problem with the app”.
2. We will provide you with a series of options, which may help you to solve the problem.
3. If the issue persists, select the “Other” option. You will need to attach an image of
the issue and a description of the problem.
4. The information will be redirected to one of our advisors so that they can validate the problem.
