Updated this week

As a UGLYCASH member, you have the advantage of sending your funds from your UGLYCASH account to any wallet of your choice using your preferred stablecoin — quickly and without intermediaries.

How Do I Find My Wallet Address?

To view your wallet address, the most common steps across platforms are:

  1. Go to the "Deposit" or "Receive" section.

  2. Select Token – Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.

  3. Select Network – Choose the network (e.g., ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, Polygon).

  4. Copy and paste the address in the platform or wallet from which you will withdraw the funds to transfer them to your wallet.

Steps to Withdraw Funds

1. Log in to your UGLYCASH account and select the "Withdraw" option.

2. Expand the option "Stablecoins" and choose from the available options and networks:

Options and networks

3. Enter the amount of eUSD you want to withdraw. Below the amount, you will see the estimated amount to be received in your wallet. Then, click "Continue".

4. Enter the wallet address where you want to withdraw the funds.

5. Confirm the transaction by entering your Security Key.

And that’s it! You’ve initiated the withdrawal process to your selected wallet. You can view the transaction status directly in the Activity section of your app.

⚠️ Attention

Avoid using cryptocurrency networks other than those indicated below, which will also be shown when withdrawing or receiving Stablecoins, as you could lose your funds. Also, make sure that both tokens and networks match in both wallets before confirming the Transaction.

By network, we refer to the blockchain through which the cryptocurrency transaction will be executed. It is crucial to identify the correct network for each type of asset.

Withdrawal Limits for Stablecoins in UGLYCASH

Hey Ugly Member! 👋 At UGLYCASH, we want you to be informed about how to operate using cryptocurrencies, including the daily withdrawal limits to other wallets from our app.

Here are the transactional withdrawal limits for stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI, HyUSD, Web 3 Dollar, and eUSD):

You cannot exceed 10 transactions per day.

Monthly limit: $10.000

If these limits are exceeded, the transaction cannot be processed until the transaction quota is renewed (either monthly or daily).

Withdrawals of USDT to Binance

Here are the steps to make a withdrawal:

  1. On the UGLYCASH main screen, tap "Withdraw".

  2. In the "Pick a destination" field, choose the USDT account you want to withdraw to.

If you haven't saved the account yet, follow these steps:

    1. Tap "Stablecoins" and select "USDT TRC-20".

    2. Enter the USDT wallet address that will receive the funds.

    3. Assign an alias to easily locate it in the future.

  3. Enter the USD amount you want to withdraw and tap "Continue".

  4. Confirm the transaction details and you’re all set!

The processing time will depend on the congestion of the Tron blockchain network. You will receive a notification once the transaction is completed. 😉

What Is a Transaction Hash?

The Transaction Hash, also known as the transaction code or "Tx ID", is a unique identification code that allows you to track cryptocurrency transactions.

Thanks to this code, it is possible to view and track the location of transferred cryptocurrencies on their respective networks and see details such as the execution date, the amount transferred, transaction fees, and other elements.

We might request this code from you in case there is an issue with your transaction.

How Can I View My Transaction Hash?

If the transfer was made from a wallet app, you can find the code in the transaction details, often labeled as “Tx ID”.

You can also copy this code and view it on a Bitcoin or Ethereum block explorer to verify that it is linked to your transfer.
