Over time, BFF United, LLC (“BFF United” or “Company”) may receive requests for information about its users from regulatory agencies. This Law Enforcement Request Policy ("Policy") is here to provide information on how the Company processes these requests. If regulatory agencies contact us, we anticipate they will be interested in two types of data: information about customer identities and information about their activities using the UGLYCASH mobile app.
When information requests are received, the Company requires that they be accompanied by the corresponding legal process. This may vary from place to place. For example, production orders, search warrants, and subpoenas, as well as voluntary data disclosure requests, may constitute a legal process. The Company will review each order and voluntary disclosure request to determine that it has a valid legal basis and that any response is strictly tailored to ensure that only the data to which the regulatory agencies are entitled is provided.
The Company also reserves the right to make disclosures to authorities to protect itself or any of its clients, at its sole discretion.
