In our Help center you can find articles with all the information you might need. You can access it through the Support section, in your Profile screen.

1. You can find this section by clicking on your “$Uglytag” on the Home Screen, which is at the top left of your screen.

2. This is the settings section, you now can see the “Support” button.

3. Clicking this button, you will have access to the help center, our articles, and the “Send a message” option, for starting a chat with our Member Advisors.
