If you need to replace your damaged UGLYCASH card, you will be able to request a new one by logging into the app and following the steps below:
Click on the Card (the Card image is presented directly on the Home Screen).
Select the “Report a problem” option at the bottom of the screen.
For replacing a damaged card select the option, “I lost my card”.
Select, “Request a new card” and confirm that you want to terminate the card by selecting “Yes”.
Confirm your address to send your new card and tap on “Send me the Card 🔥”
And that's it! Your Card is on the way.
Important: Your first and second card replacement are free of charge, but any subsequent replacement incurs a $5 fee.
Don't worry! You will instantly receive a new digital card while your new physical card is on the way.
