There could be a variety of reasons why your card is being declined. Don't worry, we're here to help! Here are some common scenarios to consider:

  • Insufficient Funds: It's possible that you don't have enough funds in your account to cover the transaction. You can easily check your available balance in our user-friendly mobile app.

  • New Card Issues: If you've recently ordered a replacement card due to damage, your new card may not be activated yet. Alternatively, you might be using the old card with an expired expiration date.

  • ATM Troubles: If you're at an ATM and having trouble, it might be because you haven't set up your PIN, or you're using the wrong one. You can update it in the card section of the app.

  • Card Pause: Have you temporarily paused your card in the app and forgotten to unpause it? It happens to the best of us!

  • Online Transaction Errors: For online transactions, double-check that the card number, expiration date, and CVV information you're entering are correct.

  • Physical Damage: Sometimes, physical wear and tear can affect your card's functionality, such as a damaged magnetic strip or chip.
