We’ve made some important improvements to make things clearer and easier to use. Here’s what’s changed:

Dashboard Fixes

  • The Expired section now shows all PQQs marked as "Expired," even if they don’t have an expiry date.

  • Only active PQQs will show up in partner dashboard reports.

PQQ Improvements

  • You can now see if a PQQ is Active (Yes) or Inactive (No) on both the client and partner views.

  • Only admins can turn a PQQ on or off - others won’t be able to change it.

  • If an admin makes a change, a pop-up will confirm the update before it saves.

  • When a PQQ is turned off, all related files will also be marked inactive automatically.

  • A record is saved every time the active status is changed.

Expiry & Notifications

  • Expiry reminders and alerts will only be sent for active PQQs.

  • If a PQQ expires, the contractor’s status will automatically update to "Expired" for both clients and partners to see.

These updates help keep everything clearer, more organized, and easier to manage!
