What if an ATM has swallowed my card?

If your card is swallowed by an ATM, the first thing you should do is go to Cards in our app, tap on the card in question and then select Block Card. You’ll then be able to order a replacement card.

To find out why your card was swallowed, you’ll have to contact the ATM provider.
