How do I keep track of active journeys?

The admin who makes the booking can see the status of any active journey in Journey History.

Passengers can check the itineraries of active journeys in two ways.

  1. Clicking on Journey History.

  2. Clicking the link in the text message they receive when the journey has been booked.
