How to Access Your Financial Information on the Balance Page
As a customer, it's important to have access to all your financial information in one place. That's why we have the Balance page, where you can find, check, and control all your financial transactions and account balance.
Accessing the Balance Page
To access the Balance page, simply log into your account and click on the "Balance" tab in the navigation menu. This will take you to a page that displays all of your financial information in an organized and easy-to-read format.
What You Can Find on the Balance Page
On the Balance page, you can:
Check your current account balance state.
Top up your balance.
To explore further, check the Balance tabs that contain important information related to your financial transactions and account balance.
Transactions tab
Transactions tab is the most popular Balance tab as it reflects:
Transactions State: Easily check if a payment was successful, declined, or pending, along with possible reasons for declined payments.
Entire Transactions History: Access a detailed record of all your past transactions in one place.
Fund Movements: Track how your funds are being transferred and managed within your account.
This ensures transparency and helps you monitor your finances effortlessly.
Refund requests tab
Once you'd like to withdraw the funds available on your account balance back to the bank card, use the Refund requests tab, which allows:
Request a refund to your bank card.
Track a refund request processing status (from "new" to "done" or "closed").
Payment methods tab
In the Payment Methods tab, you can:
Check the payment methods you've used.
Manage your payment methods.
These details allow you to check and control the usage of your funds on the platform (e.g., whether they were spent on an order, returned to the account balance, or refunded to a bank card).
Using the Balance Page
The Balance page is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can click on any of the sections mentioned above to view more details or expand the information. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find a specific transaction by its amount.
