There can be a lot of various obstacles when it may be necessary to replace an order. For instance, here are the most common ones:
When an order you've already placed has incorrect or outdated specifications
When you'd like to hire a different writer
When an order has expired during the In Selection stage
When you need to update the order instructions, size, deadline, or other parameters
When an order you've placed receives fewer writer proposals than expected
When you are not satisfied with the paper provided by your current writer
When you'd like to hire a new writer to review, revise, or rewrite your current paper.
To replace an order, you have the following options:
Manually
Using the Create Similar Order option
Using the Resubmit Order option
Each of these options has its own benefits and suits different cases.
Manual Replacement
If you'd prefer to start a new order from scratch, paying close attention to updating each order parameter, replacing the order manually would be your best choice. While it takes more time than the other options, it allows you to review and adjust every field in the order form and instructions.
To place an order manually, just press the New Order button and fill in the order details step by step.
You can also find the detailed instructions on how to place an order here.
Create Similar Order Option
If you'd like to save time and know exactly what needs to be updated, the Create similar order option may be the best fit. It automatically transfers all the parameters, instructions, and attachments from the original order to a new one, allowing you to update specific details, such as the type of service, size, deadline, language, instructions, and so on.
Each parameter can be adjusted while the order is in the Draft stage.
To replace an order using the Create Similar Order option, follow these steps:
Resubmit Order Option
If you're ready to cancel your current order and replace it without making any changes, the Resubmit Order option is the best choice. This method retains the initial order's minimum price, and all order details will be reproduced automatically. However, you won't be able to change the order specifications—only the deadline can be extended.
Important points to keep in mind when using the Resubmit Order option:
Each order can be resubmitted only once
Resubmission is possible only after the initial order is canceled
Our Quality Assurance team will thoroughly review every canceled order to ensure the cancellation was valid. If the cancellation is not approved or the customer has questions, our team may reach out via chat
Once an order is canceled, according to our Terms and Conditions, we retain full authorship of the paper. You will no longer have the right to use it. Please note: the paper will be uploaded to Turnitin and Course Hero, where it will be flagged as 100% plagiarized.
