Choosing the right expert for your task can make a significant difference in the quality of your results. Follow these steps to select the best expert for your needs.
Check expert ratings and indicators
To find the best expert, start by reviewing their ratings, reviews, on-time order percentage, etc. These details can be found below each expert's name on the selection list. Higher ratings indicate more experience and reliability.
Invite writers to your order:
Use the list of recommended writers in the Best Match tab.
This list provides the best-matching experts, generated by the system based on the writers’ latest performance results and their experience with similar tasks.
Invite the writer you've already worked with using the My Writers tab.
In the My Writers section, you can find the writers you have previously worked with or added to your favorites.
Use the More Writers button to access the list of all the writers available on the platform.
The button opens both the list of All Writers on the platform and the My Writers list, allowing you to invite more writers to the order and receive more proposals to choose from.
This button is available in all three tabs — Best Match, My Writers, and Invited Writers — and can be used at any time.Check all your invitations and proposals in the Invited Writers tab.
In the Invited Writers tab, you can find all writers who have received your invitation from all the tabs, so you can review all the proposals you receive in one place.
Communicate with your potential expert
Once you’ve sent invitations to potential experts, it’s a good idea to engage them directly. You can communicate via chat to confirm that they understand your requirements.
Some questions to ask your expert:
"What will you do first?"
"How will you approach this part of the assignment?"
"Where will you look for this information?"
These questions can help you gauge their knowledge and ensure that they understand your task.
To contact your expert during the Selection phase, follow these steps:
Open the needed in-selection order
Go to the Invited Writers tab to see the experts' proposals
Choose the expert you are interested in communicating with
Click the Chat dedicated button to open the chat in the Chats section.
If there’s a new message from the writer, the chat button shows a special state with a message counter.
