Communicating with Your Expert on the Platform
Being able to communicate securely with an expert assigned to your order is one of the key features of our platform. Here’s how it works.
You can ask questions, request edits, and discuss milestones with your expert directly through the order chat.
To get in touch with our specialists, please, go to the My Orders menu. Then check through your order list and find the order title. The chat section will be under View Details.
Alternatively, you can click the Chats button in the menu on the left.
The chat is the only way to communicate with the expert for security reasons. Please do not share personal details such as logins unless it is essential to complete the assignment. If you receive any messages from the experts outside of the platform, please report it to us.
