Refund request -> Refund button
Type the amount
Click on Proceed.
In such a case, the refund request will be approved within 24 hours. Keep in mind that it might take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund after it’s been approved.
If you claim a refund due to poor paper quality, please note that the Quality Assurance department will investigate the case. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result of the investigation.
It usually takes up to 3-5 business days to make a final decision on the investigation. You will be informed directly when the resolution is ready.
