A pending transaction refers to an approved debit or credit transaction that has not been fully processed yet. It typically appears in your account statement as a temporary hold on funds or as a pending charge. During this time, the transaction is still in the process of being finalized, and the funds associated with it are not available for use. Once the transaction is fully processed, it will be reflected as a completed transaction in your account. The duration of a pending transaction can vary depending on the merchant and the payment processing system being used.

If the transaction is pending for over 20 minutes, it will most likely expire and get canceled automatically. In this case, the money is returned to the card you initially paid with.

However, if, after multiple attempts, the status of the transactions does not change, you should contact your bank and make sure that international transactions are enabled on your card.

Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and using another payment processor by clicking the Change button.

Switсhing the browser or using another device might also help.

If the second transaction goes through, we will provide you with a full refund for the first one.
