Why was my account deactivated?

Your account was deactivated due to inactivity. Please note that it is mandatory for our customers to use our core payroll module like executing payroll, compliances, etc., to continue using our services. Unfortunately, we do not provide other supporting modules, like attendance, leave management, etc., exclusively today.

Do you offer any other supporting modules besides payroll?

Unfortunately, we do not offer other supporting modules such as attendance, etc. exclusively. It is mandatory for companies to use our core payroll module to continue using our service.

Modules like Bonus, Attendance, etc., are a part of all our plans. We encourage you to use both our core and supporting payroll modules.

Can I reactivate my account?

A: Yes, you can reactivate your account. Write to us at xpayroll@razorpay.com, and our team will assist you. In your email, please mention the reason for inactivity, and how you plan on using RazorpayX Payroll in future.


Q.4.

Is it possible to use only the payroll module without other supporting modules like attendance or leave management?

Yes, it is possible to use only our core payroll module.
