To enhance security, OTP (One-Time Password) login is mandatory. Since your current email is inaccessible, you'll need your organization's admin to update it.

Steps for Org Admin to Change Your Email

  1. Go to People Settings:

    • Navigate to the "People" section in your admin panel.

  2. Select Employee:

    • Find and select the employee whose email needs updating.

  3. Click on Edit:

    • Click the "Edit" button next to the employee's details.

  4. Enter New Email ID:

    • Input the new email address that the employee can access.

  5. Click Continue:

    • Click "Continue" to save the changes.

Once updated, you will receive OTPs at the new email address, ensuring secure access.

Step 3: Click on Edit

Step 4: Enter New Email ID

Step 5: Click on continue
