Phone Numbers
At least 1 phone number is required to finish setting up your account, but you can purchase a total of 5 without upgrading to a Standard Trust Hub Profile.

You can also port phone numbers into your account if you would like to use ones that you already own. To do so you will need to reach out to our support team.
Note: If you are looking to delete a phone number, please reach out to the support team. You will need to go through a confirmation process.
My Numbers
This is where you can view all of your currently active phone numbers.
PHONE NAME: A customizable nickname you can give to your numbers
IN USE CAMPAIGN NAME: The campaign(s) that are currently using the number
PHONE STATUS: It's registration statuses inside Trust Hub
ACTION BUTTONS:
View Phone Purchase Log - You can view the purchase date and most recent payment date by clicking the "eyeball" button.
Lock - You can also "unlock" phone numbers which will remove it from any campaigns that are using it.
Move to Local Presence - You can switch the selected number to a local presence number to use while outbound dialing
Get Phones
This is where you can purchase new phone numbers from our phone carrier.
When purchasing a new number you have the option to purchase a normal phone number or a toll-free number. Toll-free numbers consume more credits than the former.
You can search numbers by area code or you can search for a specific one.
Note: Searching for specific numbers is typically only done to check if a number you recently deleted is still available to re-purchase. Since all of our phone numbers are recycled this is very rare.
Deleted Phones
This is a list of all your deleted phone numbers.
Blocked Numbers
This is where you can add numbers to your blocklist to prevent them from contacting you and vice versa.
You can add individual numbers or upload lists.
Unlocked Phone Flow
This feature only works for numbers that do not currently have an inbound line created.
ASSIGN GROUP: This will move leads that call or text to your incomplete lines to the selected group
CHANGE VOICE MESSAGE: If a lead calls an incomplete line this voice message will play
