Performing bulk actions on your contacts can be a convenient way to quickly update or manage large groups of leads or customers. With the bulk actions feature, you can perform a search filter to find the contacts you want to work with, and then select some or all of the contacts in view. Once you've selected your contacts, an "Action" button will appear at the top of the page, allowing you to take the following actions:

Copy or move a contact to another group: You can easily move a contact from one group to another, or copy them to multiple groups at once. This can be useful for organizing your contacts or segmenting them into different lists.

***NOTE: COPY/MOVING LEADS TO A GROUP WILL CAUSE CAMPAIGNS USING THAT GROUP TO TRIGGER.

Assign or remove a tag: You can use tags to label or categorize your contacts, and the bulk actions feature allows you to easily add or remove tags from a large group of contacts at once.

Assign or remove a pipeline status: If you're using a sales pipeline to track the progress of your deals, you can use the bulk actions feature to update the status of a group of deals at once.

Assign or remove a contact from an agent: You can use the bulk actions feature to assign a group of contacts to a specific agent, or to remove them from an agent's list.

Add contacts to blocked numbers: If you want to block a group of contacts from calling your phone number, you can use the bulk actions feature to add them to your blocked numbers list.

Unsubscribe a contact's email or place on your internal Do Not Call list: You can use the bulk actions feature to unsubscribe a group of contacts from your email list, or to add them to your internal Do Not Call list.

Search for duplicate contacts: If you have multiple contacts with the same information, you can use the bulk actions feature to search for duplicates and merge them into a single contact.

Merge contacts: If you have multiple contacts that represent the same person or company, you can use the bulk actions feature to merge them into a single contact.

Delete contacts: You can use the bulk actions feature to delete a group of contacts from your account.

By using the Action button, you can easily take the actions listed above and save time on your contact management tasks. Whether you're organizing your contacts, updating your sales pipeline, or managing your email list, the bulk actions feature makes it easy to work with large groups of contacts in a single step. Simply select your contacts, click the Action button, and choose the action you want to take. With the bulk actions feature, you'll be able to manage your contacts more efficiently and stay organized.
