How to use our call em all feature

How it Works

This Power Dialer feature will allow you to call all available phone numbers for each lead in the Power Dialer. This allows you to attempt to call a lead at multiple numbers if they do not answer on their initial phone.

To set up the Call Em All Feature, you must assign the feature to a call status. When you choose your specific call status in the dialer, it will trigger the Call Em All feature and continue dialing the lead on their other available phone numbers.

Note: This feature is only available in the "power" dialer mode


How to Set it Up

1. Start at the OUTBOUND DIALER tab and click on DIALER

2. Click on NEW CAMPAIGN.

3. Create your new Dialer Campaign and choose the box next to CALL EM ALL.

Note: You can also edit a previously created campaign and check the box next to it.

4. Once you have created your campaign (or edited your campaign), you must now set your CALL STATUSES to enable the Call Em All feature.

5. Click on the CAMPAIGN CALL STATUS action icon next to your campaign. Here you will choose the Call Status(es) that you want to enable the Call Em All feature.

  • For example: If you choose No Answer, when in the Dialer, if you make a call to a lead with multiple phone numbers and the lead does not answer the initial call, if you choose No Answer as the call status, the system will then automatically attempt to call one of the lead's other phone numbers.

6. Click on ACTION next to your chosen Call Status and then click on EDIT.

7. Under CALL ALL, click YES. Then click SUBMIT.
