Importing contacts can be a quick and easy way to add a large number of contacts to your database. With the import feature, you can upload a CSV (comma separated values) file containing your contacts' contact information and add them to your account in a few simple steps.

Here's how to import contacts using the import feature:

Prepare your CSV file: Your CSV file should contain the contact information for each of your leads, including their name, email, phone, and any other relevant fields. Each contact should be on its own row, and the columns should be separated by commas.

Go to the Contact Manager: Click on the Contact Manager tab on the Navigation Menu.

Click on the Import button: Click on the Import Leads button in the top right corner of the screen.

Select your CSV file: Choose the CSV file that contains your contacts/leads' contact information.

Map the fields: The platform will automatically map the fields in your CSV file to the corresponding fields in the platform. If any fields are not correctly mapped, you can manually select the correct field from the dropdown menu.

Import your leads: Once you've reviewed and corrected any field mappings, click on the Import button to import your leads.

Review your imported leads: After the import is complete, you can review your imported leads in the Contact Manager. You can view and edit their profiles, add them to groups or lists, and add notes or tasks as needed.

Importing leads can be a fast and convenient way to add a large number of contacts to your account. By following the steps above, you can easily import your leads and get started building relationships with them.
