To view your primary business profile in the Twilio Console, you will need to log in to your account at https://www.twilio.com/console. Once you are logged in, you will see a dashboard that displays information about your account.
Navigate to Account > Trust Hub > Customer Profiles.
Next, click View Profile Details.
Then, copy the Primary BP SID.
You will then have to go toggle back to the system and head over to the Integration section. Access Twilio Self-service Settings and paste the SID in the TrustHub Primary Customer Profile SID field, as shown below.
