Introduction

The "Power Connect" feature is a sales acceleration tool that helps speed up the response time of your sales team and increase conversion rates. It works by automatically calling your sales team when a new lead is received, announcing the lead's details to the team member who picks up, and then connecting the team member with the lead.

How Power Connect Works

When a new lead is received, the "Power Connect" feature will automatically call your sales team based on the routing rules you have set up inside "Inbound Settings" of your campaign. When a team member picks up the phone, they will hear the lead's details in a whisper text-to-speech and can press a button to accept the lead. Power Connect will then automatically dial the lead and connect the team member with the lead.

Setting Up Power Connect

To get started using the "Power Connect" feature, you will need to do the following:

Set up your Campaign: Then navigate to the "Drips" menu and select the Group you would like to add this feature to.

Click the "Power Connect" action inside "Drips": You can define the schedule, Time Zone, campaign "transfer to" number to call when a new lead is received.

Define your Whisper Text-To-Speech message: This is the message your agent will hear upon answering the phone, then click "Save"

Set up an integration with your CRM or landing page: To start using Power Connect, you will need to set up an integration with a lead source to feed leads into your group. This will allow Power Connect to automatically call your sales team when a new lead is received. The software supports a range of integration with Zapier as well as our own internal Lead Forms, Lead Pages and Survey Forms.
