Our onboarding roadmap consists of five main steps:

1. Phone Service: Know our accepted service providers, help you set up or create an account, know how to integrate phone service, provide training on Trusthub registration, and offer troubleshooting and support.

2. GHL Integrations: Understand the steps and the importance of integrating GHL locations, learn how to set them up, and find guidance on troubleshooting integration-related issues.

3. Dialer Contacts & Users: Manage your contacts effectively, set up and manage user accounts, and access support for contact and user-related issues.

4. Outbound Campaign: Know the elements of an outbound campaign. Create, update, and launch effective outbound campaigns. Learn some best practices.

5. Inbound Settings: Create call flows, configure inbound call settings, learn to handle incoming calls to LP numbers efficiently, and get support for any inbound call-related issues.

This roadmap will help you navigate our platform and become proficient in using it to meet your communication, sales, and customer engagement needs.
