How to Share an Approved Twilio A2P Brand with a Subaccount

If you are using a Twilio subaccount with the Dialer and running similar campaign use cases. You can initiate a request for A2P Brand sharing from your primary Twilio account (available to "Direct Brand" account type only).


Here are the steps to submit an A2P Brand-sharing request to the Twilio Support Team:

Log in to your Twilio Console at https://www.twilio.com/console.

Navigate to Account > Trust Hub > Customer Profiles. Click "View Profile Details".

Next, go to the A2P Messaging section.

Next, click "Brands" on the left navigation pane. Access the details by clicking the Brand Name hyperlink.

Once you’ve navigated to the Brand details view, click the “Share Brand” button.

Next, choose "Enable on specific subaccounts". Paste the subaccount SID. Then, submit for approval.

Once submitted, you'll receive an email with the ticket details. Typically, review/approval is completed within 24 hours.
