Sync Leads: What do you need to know?

Pre-requisites:

There are four main steps in syncing leads from GHL to the Dialer.

Step 1. Sync - Use this to sync tags and custom fields during the initial setup.

**Note: Tags added in GHL after the initial setup do not automatically sync to the Dialer. Refer to Sync New GHL Tags.

Step 2. Tag - Choose the main Tag that will be used as the identifier when importing leads.

**Note: For agencies managing multiple businesses, it's recommended to create a tag with the business/company name.

Step 3. Group - Select the group in which you would like the leads to be added.

Step 4. Sync Leads - Start syncing/importing the leads by clicking this button.

**Note: For a seamless setup, please add the selected tag to your test lead in GHL.


Important Notes:

  • During the initial setup, only the leads with the selected tag will be synced. Afterward, all newly added and/or updated leads in GHL will automatically be synced to the Dialer.

  • Only the leads with the selected tag will be added to the selected group. All other leads will be added to the "Unassigned" group.
