Voicemail templates allow you to quickly leave or drop pre-recorded voice messages to your leads/contacts when prompted by an automated system.
To create a voicemail template, navigate to Outbound > Dialer Campaign List > Voicemail Template. Then, click the plus sign (+).
Next, enter the template name/label and choose the method you'd like to use to upload the message.
Write A Voicemail Message - enter your text message; this uses the text-to-speech feature
Upload A Voicemail File (MP3 Only, Max 5MB) - upload a pre-recorded audio file from your drive to the dialer
Record A New File - use the built-in recording tool for the best audio quality
Assign To - This allows you to grant the team members, callers, agents, or VAs access to the template.
Add Tags - This allows you to add restrictions by assigning specific tags, which means that the voicemail template is only applicable to the leads with the assigned tags.
Click "Submit".
