This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of setting up your restaurant account

How to log in to the app

You can log in to the mobile app using your login credentials, your email or phone numbers.

  1. Open the Mobile App

  2. Click on Get Started

  3. Enter Your Details:

    • Choose your country code and enter your cell phone number or enter your email

    • Enter the code you receive via text message or email

Note: When asked to sync contacts, you can choose whether or not to sync them.

How to add a team member

  1. Add your team member’s cell phone number to your contacts

  2. Click on Team, bottom right

  3. Click on Add Team Member

  4. Click on Contacts and search for the team member direclty in your contacts or Form to add the contact name and the phone number

  5. Click on Continue

  6. Assign role to your team member and click on Continue

    • Admin: Manage order guides and roles

    • Contributor: Check deliveries and contribute to orders

    • Staff: Place orders and replys to messages

  7. Assign supplier chats and click on Continue

How to place an order

  1. Select the conversation with your distributor

  2. Tap Start Order

  3. If you don't have products in your Order Guide, click on Catalog, bottom left of your screen

    • Search for the product and click on the star icon ⭐️ on the right side to add it to your Order Guide

    • You can also order directly from your distributor catalog by clicking on the cart icon 🛒

  4. Click on the + icon to add the product to your cart

  5. Select your desired delivery date

  6. Click on Your Cart to check out

  7. Click on Add Delivery Date and choose the day in the calendar

  8. Click on the blue button Checkout

  9. Click on Order Now
