Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Resalable Condition: Books must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This means no writing, tabs, or visible wear on the books.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or shipment.
Packaging: Ensure the books are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.-

Return Process
Follow these steps to return your AAPC books:
Prepare the Package: - Include your AAPC member account number or order invoice number inside the package. - If available, include the packing slip or a note with your name, member ID, and order number.

Refund Policy

Restocking Fee: A $5 restocking fee per book will be deducted from your refund.
