AAPC provides physical certificates and diplomas to individuals who successfully pass their certification exams. Below is a comprehensive guide to the delivery process, timelines, and options for obtaining additional copies.
Certificate Delivery Process
Delivery Address: Certificates are mailed to the address on file in your AAPC account at the time of passing the exam. Ensure your address is up-to-date before taking the exam. Certificates cannot be mailed to PO boxes.
Delivery Method: Certificates are sent via USPS. Tracking is not available for these shipments.
Delivery Timeframes
Certificates typically arrive for member within the USA within 2-4 weeks of passing the exam. Internationally, delivery may take up to 6–8 weeks.

Accessing Digital Course Certificates
For certificates related to course completion (e.g., CPC courses), AAPC does not mail physical copies. Instead, you can download or print your certificate by following these steps:

Download or print your certificate.
Requesting Additional Copies of Credentials
