Adjustments on Exam Day: If your camera angle does not meet the proctor’s requirements, you can request a review to determine if your attempt can be reinstated. This involves submitting a ticket to the exam team for review.

Clear Desk Policy: Your desk must be clear of all items except for the allowed books. For example, a book stand is not permitted unless approved as part of ADA accommodations.

ADA Accommodations: If you require specific accommodations, such as the use of a book stand for medical reasons, you can apply for ADA accommodations. This process requires a doctor’s note and submission of a request through the official AAPC website.
