How Do I Return AAPC Books for a Refund?

Quick Answer

Books may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and in resalable condition.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.

Before You Ship Your Return

Please include one of the following inside the package:

  • Order invoice number

  • AAPC member account number

  • A note containing your name and order information

Package books securely to prevent damage during shipment.


Shipping Your Return

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information, such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

If your shipment has not been opened, you may also refuse delivery through the carrier and have the package returned to the sender.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method or applied as account credit when applicable.
