How Do I Return an eBook for a Refund?

eBook purchases may be eligible for a refund if the return request is submitted within the allowed cancellation period and the eBook has not been redeemed.


Eligibility Requirements

An eBook may qualify for a refund if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.

  • The redemption code has not been used.

  • Access to the eBook has not been activated.


When eBooks Are Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The redemption code has been redeemed.

  • Access to the eBook has been activated.

  • The refund request is submitted after the allowed cancellation period.
