Blackboard Course Access Troubleshooting

Login Button Doesn't Work

If selecting the login button does not launch Blackboard:

  1. Verify browser pop-ups are enabled.

  2. Refresh the page.

  3. Attempt to launch the course again.

Course Not Showing

If the course is not visible:

  1. Refresh the course catalog page.

  2. Confirm the course has been assigned to your account.

  3. Sign out and sign back in.

Password Issues

If you cannot access your account:

  1. Use the password reset option.

  2. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

  3. Sign in again after resetting your password.

Course Opens but Content Is Missing

Verify you opened the course from the correct location and that all browser pop-up and redirect settings are enabled.

If the issue continues, contact AAPC Support.
