Overview
After purchasing an eligible AAPC certification exam package and maintaining an active membership, you can redeem your exam voucher and schedule your exam appointment.
Vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date, providing flexibility for scheduling your exam.
Redeeming Your Exam Voucher
Log in to your AAPC account.
Select your name in the upper-right corner.
Click Purchases.
Locate your exam purchase.
Navigate to the "Open Exam Vouchers" tab and click "Schedule Exam" to proceed with selecting your exam date and location.
Scheduling Your Exam
After voucher redemption:
Continue to the scheduling platform.
Sign in using the scheduling credentials provided.
Select your desired exam date, time, and testing option.
Confirm your appointment.
Testing Options
Depending on the certification and location, you may be able to select:
Online testing
In-person testing
Availability varies by exam and testing location.
Available exam dates and testing options are displayed after voucher redemption. Scheduling availability may vary based on the exam, testing option, and location.
