Overview
Before scheduling an AAPC certification exam, eligible exam purchases must be redeemed through your AAPC account.
Redeeming Your Voucher
Log in to your AAPC account.
Click your name in the upper-right corner.
Select Purchases.
Locate your exam purchase.
Select Redeem.
Follow the prompts to complete the redemption process.
Requirements
An active AAPC membership may be required for eligible exam scheduling.
The voucher must be associated with the correct account.
Troubleshooting
I Don't See the Redeem Option
Verify you are signed into the correct account.
Confirm the purchase appears in your Purchases section.
Contact AAPC Support if the voucher cannot be located.
My Exam Purchase Is Missing
Verify you're using the account associated with the purchase.
If you have multiple accounts, sign out and try the alternate account.
