This is normal and may occur while certification status is being reviewed.
Why Can't I Access My CEU Tracker?
Tracker access may be temporarily unavailable during reinstatement.
If access is unavailable, follow the submission instructions included in your reinstatement communication.
Can I Still Receive CEU Credit?
Yes.
If instructed by AAPC, CEU documentation may be submitted outside of the tracker during reinstatement review.
Can I Manually Enter CEUs?
If tracker access is available, eligible CEUs may be entered manually according to AAPC submission requirements.
If tracker access is unavailable, follow the alternative submission instructions provided during reinstatement.
When Will My Tracker Become Available Again?
Tracker access is generally restored after reinstatement requirements have been reviewed and your credential returns to active status.
