If you're enrolled in an AAPC course that uses Blackboard, you'll access Blackboard through your AAPC account rather than by navigating directly to Blackboard.
Accessing Blackboard
Sign in to your AAPC account.
Select your name in the upper-right corner.
Select Student Overview.
Locate the course you would like to access.
Select the course title to open the course details.
If the course uses Blackboard, you'll see an orange Login button.
Select Login to launch Blackboard. This button will both sign you in and open Blackboard. (Based on the workflow shown in the current Blackboard support process.)
If Blackboard Does Not Open
Blackboard may use a pop-up window. If nothing happens when you select the Login button, your browser may be blocking pop-ups.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome Settings.
Select Privacy and Security.
Select Site Settings.
Select Pop-ups and redirects.
Allow pop-ups and redirects.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge Settings.
Select Cookies and Site Permissions.
Select Pop-ups and redirects.
Turn pop-ups on for Blackboard.
Apple Safari
Open Safari Preferences.
Select Websites.
Select Pop-up Windows.
Allow pop-ups for the Blackboard site.
I Forgot My Blackboard Password
If you are unable to sign in because you have forgotten your Blackboard password, Customer Care can assist with a password reset request.
To speed up the process, be prepared to provide:
Your name
The email address associated with your account
Your AAPC Customer ID (if available)
