If you need additional time to complete your course, you may be able to purchase a course extension.
Course extensions provide an additional month of access to the course being extended. Extensions apply only to the specific course selected and do not extend exam vouchers, practice exams, or other products.
If Your Course Has Not Expired
Sign in to your AAPC account.
Select your name in the upper-right corner.
Select Courses & Exams.
Locate the course you would like to extend.
Select Buy Extension.
If your course is eligible for an extension, the option to purchase it will appear on the course page.
If Your Course Has Already Expired
Extension availability may vary depending on the course and its status. If you do not see an option to purchase an extension, contact Customer Care for assistance.
Important Information
Extensions are purchased in monthly increments.
Extensions only apply to the selected course.
Exam vouchers, practice exams, and other products are not extended through course extensions.
