If you need to reschedule your exam appointment, the process depends on the type of exam you scheduled and how soon the exam is scheduled to occur.
Most Online and Testing Center Exams
Exam appointments are managed through Meazure Learning.
To reschedule:
Log in to your AAPC account.
Select your name in the upper-right corner.
Open Purchases.
Select Redeem next to your exam.
Access Meazure Learning.
Follow the prompts to reschedule your appointment.
Notice to Schedule Email
Many members use information contained in their Notice to Schedule email to access the scheduling system.
If you no longer have this email, you may still be able to access Meazure Learning directly using your scheduling credentials.

How soon the exam is scheduled
